Ruth Fast Still Thriving at 99

We came to honor Ruth Fast for her long-term commitment to Hadassah by celebrating her 99th Birthday with an old-fashioned tea.  In Jewish tradition, we have the question: who is honored?  And the answer:  the one who honors others.    We all came to feel honored and privileged to share in this simcha and hear Ruth’s story—in Conversation with Pamela Lavitt—full of life-long Hadassah connections.  Enjoy this 37-second Happy Birthday video taken just before cutting the best birthday cake EVER, that 15-year old Child Life Member, Beloria Levy, personally baked, donated, and proudly carried into the celebration.
